18th Renewable Energy International Conference on “Accelerating the Transition to Carbon Neutrality in ASEAN”

The Joint Graduate School of Energy and Environment (JGSEE), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, together with Informa Markets, the Embassy of Japan in Thailand and Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA), is jointly organizing the 18th Renewable Energy International Conference on “Accelerating the Transition to Carbon Neutrality in ASEAN” on September 14, 2022. This conference is an integral part of ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week 2022, which will be held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok, Thailand, during September 14-16, 2022.
The opening ceremony of the event will be presided over by the Minister of Energy, who will deliver a keynote address. More than 300 participants from Thailand, the Southeast Asian region, and beyond are expected to participate in this conference, which will feature local and international speakers giving talks on topics related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, smart grid, and sustainable city, as well as energy-related environmental and climate issues. The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for policymakers, technology suppliers, project developers, and academia to update and share knowledge and experience in policy, technology, and market issues.
